BEGIN:VCALENDAR METHOD:PUBLISH VERSION:2.0 PRODID:-//Hearts for Honduras//Calendar//EN BEGIN:VEVENT SUMMARY:Roswell | Hearts for Honduras DESCRIPTION:Join us for one of the most fun and well attended parties in Roswell in which we help feed the children of Honduras through the Lunches for Learning 501c3.  This year\, we are making it special.  Thanks to Gate City and the generous use of their new “Artillery Room”\, we can offer yet another unique and fun experience.  To set the tone for the event\, we have a live Latin band (Willie Ziavino & the C.O.T. Band) with plenty of great Latin cuisine and craft cocktails by The Artillery Room (Entrance right on Canton Street).  The pandemic has been a huge setback for children everywhere\, but no more so than in Honduras.  Two years of almost no formal in-class instruction will have generational impact on the families we serve in rural Honduras.  Despite the lack of schooling the Lunches for Learning non profit organization has continued our work to feed the families even when school was not open.  Their school year re-starts in February\, and that is why we must be there in force to help fill the gap created by COVID at our 40+ sponsored schools.  With your help\, we can lessen the damage and give these families hope for a better financial tomorrow.Hearts For HondurasSaturday\, February 26\, 20226:30 – 10:30pm X-ALT-DESC:
