High energy super fun music! We will be dancing at our seats! Discounted tickets for all Cobb Rotarians and their guests! We will get a block of good tickets and discounted tickets - $32.
Marietta Past President Jeff Cooper is performing, along with many other wildly talented people. This is a "DON'T MISS" event of fun music that we all know!

Chef Kevin Rathbun’s passion for food and hospitality started in Kansas City, where he started as a dishwasher. Following culinary school, Rathbun went on to New Orleans, Dallas, Houston and Atlanta to work with celebrity chefs and restaurateurs including Bradley Ogden, Emeril Lagasse, Stephen Pyles, Ella Brennan and Pano Karatassos. In 1994, he was nominated for the James Beard Awards “Rising Star Chef” for his work at Baby Ruth. By 1996, he opened two different flagship restaurants with Buckhead Life Restaurant Group and served as the Corporate Executive Chef, overseeing several restaurants for the group. Remember: The second volunteer shift is now 1:00-3:00 PM to better accommodate our produce and non-perishable deliveries. You can sign up for all shifts here. NOTE: If you are bringing teens/kids with you, please just sign-up for yourself and add the # of teens/kids in the comments on the SignUp Genius. Other ways to help: Donate Laundry Detergent and Pads! We need 200+ jugs of laundry detergent (larger size) and 200+ packages of feminine hygiene products (pads more popular than tampons) each month. If you would like to donate these items, drop them off at the RUMC Fellowship Hall on Pantry Day any time before 4:00 PM. NOTE: If you want to donate laundry detergent or packages of feminine hygiene products, we’ll take as many as you are willing to donate – thank you! Additionally, we also need volunteers to shop for us. If you are willing to shop for us in bulk, we will reimburse you! *For a “shopper” shift, note that each detergent slot on the SUG is for 10 large bottles. Each feminine hygiene slot is for 25 packages. Donate $$! We use monetary donations to buy laundry detergent, protein, feminine hygiene products and more each month. The Flint River and associated aquifers provide water for drinking, swimming, fishing, commercial, industrial and agricultural pursuits for more than one-million people. | 13 6:30p North Cobb: Volunteer: Women's Extension Dinner Volunteers needed to bring sides for 30 people, serve dinner, and cleanup. The Extension is a faith based, 12 step, recovery program for both men and women. The residential program has Marietta facilities on Church St. Extension for the men and Holiday St. for women. North Cobb Rotary has provided dinner on a monthly basis for going on 15 years. It is a chance to get to know your fellow members in service as well as provide some encouragement for the men and women in recovery. Residents are required to gain employment during their residence and they receive counseling, job preparation and life skills in addition to the recovery process. Please join us in welcoming Steve Ivory, our District Governor for Rotary District 6900! A proud member of the Rotary Club of Peachtree City since 2001, Steve has held numerous leadership roles including Club President during the pandemic year, Assistant Governor, and founder of the club’s 501(c)(3) Foundation. He’s a Major Donor Level 2, Sheffield Leadership Award winner, multi-time GRSP Host Family, and a tireless advocate for youth and community service through Rotary. Steve brings a strong blend of military and corporate leadership to his role, with a U.S. Naval Academy degree, Gulf War service as a U.S. Marine Corps Major, and a successful career culminating as Director of Quality at Eaton prior to retirement to focus solely on Rotary. Beyond Rotary, he’s a community volunteer, mentor, and board member of several nonprofits.
