Speaker: Jasper Preston with Georgia Alliance to End Homelessness Program: Information about the non-profit Jasper works for: The organization works mostly behind the scenes to help other organizations to prevent and work with homelessness. He spoke about how they collect data and work with the community leaders across the state. They have been in business as a non-profit since 1998. They receive funding from the community and from the state through a DHS grant. Their Executive Director is his adopted mom – Catherine Preston. Some of the programs he spoke about are Quest and Project Promise. Ivy lead 4 Way Test NO MEETING NEXT WEEK DUE TO THE HOLIDAY. NEXT MEETING IS 9/14/2021. I told Rodney’s we would not be there. Howard will be responsible for the speaker at the 9/14 meeting.
