RI DISTRICT 3182 - ROTARY FRIENDSHIP EXCHANGE (RFE) ITINERARY

Day 1 – Thursday, December 3 | Bengaluru

• Arrival of RFE Team at Bengaluru International Airport

• Transfer to host families (RID 3191) and rest

• Evening: Rotary Meeting followed by Dinner

Day 2 – Friday, December 4 | Bengaluru

• Vocational Visits (IT, Healthcare, Education, etc.)

• Evening: Joint Rotary Meeting followed by Dinner

Day 3 – Saturday, December 5 | Bengaluru – Hassan

• Travel to Hassan

• En route visit to Shravanabelagola

• Lunch on the way

• Arrival in Hassan and transfer to host families

• Evening: Joint Rotary Meeting followed by Dinner

Day 4 – Sunday, December 6 | Hassan

• Visit to Halebeedu and Belur (heritage temples)

• Lunch Meeting at Belur

• Return to Hassan

• Evening at leisure / fellowship

Day 5 – Monday, December 7 | Hassan – Chikmagalur – Hassan

• Visit to Coffee Estate in Chikmagalur

• Lunch at estate

• Evening: Joint Rotary Meeting followed by Dinner

• Return to Hassan and rest

Day 6 –Tuesday, December 8 | Hassan – Sakaleshpur – Hassan

• Vocational Visits in Sakaleshpur (plantations / eco-projects)

• Evening: Joint Rotary Meeting followed by Dinner

• Return to Hassan and rest

Day 7 – Wednesday, December 9 | Hassan – Bengaluru

• Breakfast Meeting

• Farewell Program followed by Lunch

• Packing and departure to Bengaluru

• Early morning transfer to Airport
